What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and identify potential system integration opportunities.
- Deep dive into client requirements, conducting technical assessments to define the optimal solution architecture.
- Develop compelling technical presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our system integration services.
- Work with engineers to design and configure customized solutions that meet specific client challenges.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including demos, proof-of-concepts, and addressing client inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in system integration, cloud services, and related fields.
- Assist with the creation of marketing and sales collateral related to our system integration offerings.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role or a similar technical function.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT infrastructure components, software solutions, and cloud services (experience with specific vendors a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools.
