Performance Marketing Specialist

Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and optionally Google Ads. You’ll work on both in-house brands and client projects, so strong multitasking and campaign management skills are essential. From targeting and ad content to tracking and performance analysis, you’ll ensure every campaign drives results. Staying current with trends and contributing to strategy will help maintain a competitive edge in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and optionally Google Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance and optimize for results.
• Manage audience targeting strategies, recommend high-converting ad copy, collaborate on creative development, and advise on landing page enhancements.
• Analyze performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Provide clear and insightful performance reports that include actionable suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Stay informed on the latest platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Actively participate in industry events, webinars, or communities to stay aligned with market trends and explore partnership opportunities.
• Support public relations (PR) and brand visibility efforts in coordination with the digital team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or a related digital marketing role.
• Strong command of ad platforms, performance metrics, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable campaign decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with design and content teams.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
